In just a short space of time, Jansons has clocked up a catalogue of well-received releases on coveted imprints 8bit, Four Thirty Two, Knee Deep In Sound, VIVa MUSiC and more—achieving numerous Beatport Top 10 positions as well as a 2018 bestseller. The electronic artist’s ability to produce, arrange and compose comes from years spent mastering his craft in the studio, earning him an impressive discography on some of dance music’s leading labels.
With tracks being supported by the likes of Hot Since 82, Jamie Jones, Joris Voorn, Nicole Moudaber and The Martinez Brothers, his music is undeniably resonating with DJs and fans alike. The artist has been featured on several popular Spotify Editorial Playlists and he continues to receive support from key players on BBC Radio 1. DJ highlights have so far included playing at world-renowned venues Fabric London, Berlin’s Watergate and The Warehouse Project in Manchester.
Future records scheduled for 2019 include an EP on Yousef’s Circus Recordings, plus a collaboration from Jansons and Richy Ahmed - aka Love Hrtz. The duo first made waves in 2018 with their disco inspired white label project, catching the attention of Annie Mac and Pete Tong whom both premiered tracks on their shows. Vol. 1 quickly sold out in all record stores and Vol. 2 is now in the making. The pair are also set to release their first official Love Hrtz EP on Richy’s 432 this Spring.
