In 2021, Mi Pena became a global sensation, dropped on dance floors across the world and rocked by some of the world’s top DJs including Seth Troxler, Hot Since 92, WhoMadeWho, Diplo, Guy Gerber. Shortly after a second smashing release of No Time for Tears on Get Physical, their debut album Journey was released on the famous German label Kindish furthering cementing their place in the global electronic music scene.
From iconic festivals such as Burning Man, Tomorrowland, Epizode, Envision, Echoes of Agartha, SXM Festival, and Moga Festival, to legendary clubs like Womb, Savaya, Warung Beach, Katerblau, and Hi Ibiza, Birds of Mind have graced the world’s premier stages, bringing their singular energy to audiences far and wide.
In 2022, they founded their own label, Mindgame Records, signing a dozen artists and furthering their mission to support emerging talent and innovative music.
Their 2024 release of Body Language Vol. 25 on the legendary Get Physical label was a milestone achievement. Featuring five original tracks and five remixes, the compilation showcased their ability to reinvent the catalog of one of electronic music’s most celebrated imprints, a privilege reserved for major artists annually.
